Saturday Salon is a free monthly online gathering for women who long for deeper connection, honest reflection and meaningful conversation.

Whether this is your first Salon or you’re returning to the circle, you’ll be warmly welcomed into a safely held space for intimate small-group conversations and rich collective insight.

Relationships between women can be a profound source of strength, and, at times, a place of pain.

Many of us have experienced comparison, competition, or disconnection. We may have felt judged, excluded, or unsure how to fully trust or support one another. These patterns don’t arise in isolation; they are shaped by the systems and cultures we’ve been part of.

And yet, something else is possible.

When women come together in conscious support, the impact is powerful. Not just for individuals, but for what becomes possible collectively.

In May’s Salon, we explore how to move beyond inherited patterns of competition and toward a more intentional way of relating, rooted in awareness, choice, and mutual empowerment.

Together, we’ll explore:

• What has shaped your relationships with other women?

• Where have they been a source of support — or struggle?

• Why can competition and comparison arise between women?

• What would it look like to consciously choose support instead?

• What small, practical ways can we begin to do this in everyday life?

You may leave with a different perspective on your relationships with women, and a clearer sense of what becomes possible when those relationships are grounded in trust, generosity, and shared strength.
