What Is Radical Positivity?
Radical Positivity Is A Feminine Elevation Movement
Radical Positivity seeks to restore balance between the feminine and the masculine (see our note on terminology at the end of this page). Not by diminishing the masculine, rather by raising the feminine. It's about re-balancing and restoring the feminine in both individuals and society, for the benefit of all.
This movement isn't about balance for its own sake. It's about influence and impact. When we embody inner balance and elevate more women to access power in the balanced feminine, we unlock better solutions to the world’s most complex challenges. With greater feminine contribution, we bring in more collaborative, emotionally sensitive, and holistic solutions. True progress comes when the masculine and feminine collaborate and contribute equally (both internally and externally).
Radical Positivity is a new way forward: solving complex problems in the world, from a place of harmony, balance, and wisdom.
Whether you're just beginning your journey or are already experienced in personal growth, you're welcome here. Join us in creating a more conscious, connected future - one conversation, one transformation, one ripple at a time.
“Women belong in all places where decisions are being made.”
Ruth Bader Ginsberg
Three Spheres Of Transformation
At Radical Positivity, we focus on three spheres of transformation:
Self
Relationships
Society
These three spheres are non-hierarchical and influence each other. Change in any one area ripples through the others.

1. Transforming Self: Reclaiming Inner Balance
Patriarchy is a social system that prioritises masculine power and dominance, often at the expense of women's rights and autonomy. It establishes a hierarchical structure in which men traditionally hold more power and privilege than women.
Patriarchy isn’t just external. It lives within us,
reinforcing the idea that the masculine is more valuable than the feminine.
Radical Positivity starts with recognising and healing the internalised patriarchy that shapes our thoughts, behaviours, and beliefs. When women access more power, there’s a risk they lead from an overdeveloped inner masculine, reinforcing imbalance and perpetuating patriarchy.
As we unravel our relationship with patriarchy, we see how we contribute to its perpetuation and can choose to stop ‘feeding the system’ by restoring balance in ourselves. This inner work is the foundation for lasting change. When we shift internally, we show up more powerfully in our relationships, communities, and the world.

“If we could change ourselves, […] the world would also change.”
Mahatma Gandhi
2. Transforming Relationships: Uplifting One Another
For women to have more agency and impact in the world, they must support, not compete with, each other. Radical Positivity fosters uplifting sisterhood through:
Mirroring: Reflecting each other’s strengths and brilliance
Amplification: Elevating each other’s voices
Celebration: Genuinely celebrating growth and success
Sponsorship: Actively advocating and facilitating access to opportunities
We challenge old narratives of female competition, like ‘closing the door behind’ or ‘pulling up the ladder, once you’ve reached the top’ and instead focus on creating a culture of mutual empowerment. We aspire to co-create a world where women genuinely support one another to have more influence and impact in the world.
“The connections between and among women are the most feared, the most problematic, and the most potentially transforming force on the planet.”
Adrienne Rich

3. Transforming Society: Challenging Broader Power Imbalances
Radical Positivity recognises that patriarchy is just one power imbalance. Systemic inequalities exist across a range of different intersections; race, sexuality, class, age, ability, citizenship and more…
Though our primary lens is the feminine/masculine dynamic for women, we aim to contribute to a more just and equitable world by raising awareness, lending support, and fostering intersectional understanding
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality.”
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Terminology: The Feminine and The Masculine
We use the terms masculine and feminine to refer to relative states of awareness. All people have a mix of both ‘inner feminine’ and ‘inner masculine’ aspects or ‘energies’. These represent two distinct sets of qualities and characteristics. The masculine, or Yang energy, is often associated with qualities such as thinking and logic, reasoning, ‘doing’ and an outward focus. The feminine, or Yin aspect, is often associated with feeling and emotion, intuition, ‘being’ and an inward focus.
Individuals of any gender identity can express these energies. Both men and women express these aspects/energies in different ways, at different times, and in different contexts.
