Many women live inside this quiet tension - shaped by expectations, judgement, and invisible rules about who we should be and how we should behave.

This Valentine’s Day, we’re reclaiming self-love, not as indulgence or self-improvement, but as radical self-acceptance - a willingness to embrace ourselves fully, just as we are.

Together, we’ll explore:

• What self-love really means (beyond slogans and pressure)

• How patriarchal conditioning impacts our relationship with ourselves

• What it looks like to soften self-criticism and reconnect with inner compassion

• How self-love becomes a quiet source of strength, clarity, and agency
